Orders over $99 ships for free with Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service (1-7 business days). Customers may upgrade to FedEx Ground (1-4 business days) for an additional fee that is calculated at checkout. Orders under $99 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Processing time for most orders is 3-4 business days. Processing times may be longer due to volume, statutory holidays and stock availability. Please note, the processing time is different from shipping time. Once your order is ready you'll get an automated shipment notification letting you know your order is on the way with your tracking number.
Tracking & Estimates
CPAPmachines.ca does not guarantee any shipping times. Fulfillment and shipment status can be viewed on your personal CPAPmachines.ca account or courier's website with your order's tracking number.
Please contact couriers directly for shipping inquiries. Most couriers do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays and tracking status may take up to 24hrs to be updated. Orders already shipped and en-route cannot be re-routed or re-delivered in any way.
We currently fulfill and ship orders within Canada only. Please contact authorized dealers of the country you are from for supplies and service. All orders placed with shipping addresses outside of Canada will be cancelled and refunded accordingly.
How do I cancel an order?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we can assist you with cancelling if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
I haven't received my money from cancelled order yet.
Allow 3-7 business days for the refund transaction to show up on your credit card statement. Please contact your bank for further assistance.
Why was my order was cancelled?
Upon placing an order, an automated order email is sent confirming the intent of purchase. This confirmation email is not a contract. Orders may be cancelled due to:
- insufficient/no stock
- failure to submit a proper prescription
- inability to authorize a credit card
- suspicion of fraudulent intent
- orders with shipping addresses outside of Canada
- inability to communicate details with customer
