Return Instructions for Option 1:

Return the blower with the matching serial number in your invite email. Remove the SD card and detach the modem, humidifier, filters, tubing, power supply, and mask from your original machine. Philips will not return accessories left on the defective unit.

Carefully pack up your blower only in a box of your choice. Clearly write your 'Option 1' order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the box. Take the secured box to a courier of your choice, purchase a shipping label (with tracking), and ship the parcel to:

*Remediation return address only. Do not ship regular returns here* - A new replacement blower will be shipped to you once your affected blower has been received and processed. Allow 7-10 business days for processing. Notifications will be automatically sent by email. Upon receipt of the new blower, reassemble your CPAP machine and continue with therapy.

Using the box your replacement blower arrived in, carefully pack up your original blower only. Clearly write your 'Option 2' order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the box. Affix the provided prepaid and trackable shipping label to the package and drop it off at any Canada Post Office outlet. Reassemble your CPAP machine and continue with therapy.
- Once your affected blower has been received and processed, your deposit of $260 will be reimbursed on the same method of payment. Allowed 7-10 business days for processing. Notifications will be automatically sent by email.
