Philips launched a new direct-to-patient remediation service in summer 2024, aimed at enhancing efficiency and offering more immediate support for those in need. As a result, CPAPmachines.ca no longer offer in-house remediation services for Philips machines.
If you previously received an invitation for remediation from us and made an online selection, please note that your choice has been canceled. For assistance with your affected unit, we kindly ask you to contact Philips Respironics directly at 1-888-842-1991. Their dedicated team is ready to assist you with your device.
