Are your CPAP masks authentic and new?
All our products are authentic and brand new. We do not sell refurbished items.
Will my new CPAP mask fit on my current CPAP machine?
Likely yes. All CPAP masks have a universal diameter and will fit most modern CPAP machines. Ensure you connect the new mask directly to the tubing of your CPAP machine. Remove old mask adapters or inserts that may hinder the connection.
Part of my CPAP mask broke, what can I do?
My CPAP Mask or accessory arrived with a manufacturing defect, what do I do?
Inspect your products when you receive them. In rare cases, if there are manufacturing defects upon receiving, email us at shop@cpapmachines.ca at once. Under no circumstances anything outside the 30-day window of shipment will be replaced free of charge. Reference your order number and supply photo or video evidence depicting the defect. We will work with the CPAP manufacturer to get the items replaced. If products need to be returned to us, shipping fees are paid by the customer (one way). CPAPmachines.ca will pay to ship new and non-defective products back to the customer.
What is the warranty on CPAP masks & accessories?
CPAP manufacturers offer a 30-day limited manufacturer/defect warranty on masks and accessories. If there are manufacturer defects upon receiving any products, email us at shop@cpapmachines.ca at once. Evidence showing defects (photos or videos) is needed and we will work with the manufacturer to get the items replaced. If products need to be returned to us, shipping fees are paid by the customer (one way). CPAPmachines.ca will pay to ship new and non-defective products back to the customer. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Do CPAP masks come with long or short hoses?
Certain styles of CPAP masks may come with a short hose, others may not. The longer, standard, or heated tubing is sold separately, or it comes with a machine purchase.
