Are your CPAP masks authentic and new?
All of our products are authentic, brand new and unopened. We do not sell refurbished items.
Will My New CPAP Mask Fit On My CPAP Machine?
Mostly yes. All CPAP masks are made with a universal diameter and will fit most modern CPAP machines. Ensure you connect the new mask directly onto the tubing of your CPAP machine. Ensure you're not leaving old mask adapters or inserts behind on the tubing or mask that may hinder the connection.

If there are manufacturer defects upon receiving any products, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of placing your order. Reference your order number and provide photo or video evidence depicting defect. We will work with the manufacturer to get the items replaced for you.

CPAP manufacturers offer a 30-day limited manufacturer/defect warranty on masks and accessories. If there are manufacturer defects upon receiving any products, email us at email@example.com within 30 days of placing your order. Evidence showing defect is required and we will work with the manufacturer to get the items replaced for you. No other exceptions are made.
Do CPAP masks come with long or short hoses?
Certain styles of CPAP masks may come with a short hose, some may not. The longer standard or heated tubing is sold separately or it comes with a machine purchase.
