Here are some tips from Canada Post for parcels that are scanned and delivered but have not yet been delivered.
When tracking shows a parcel was successfully delivered, it means the item arrived as addressed. Some addresses do not have deliveries directly to your door. Check various locations such as your community mailbox, mailroom, front desk, a safe-drop location and around your property. Check with household members or neighbours who may have received or retrieved the parcel. In some instances, the scan shows delivered prematurely and the courier comes back and redelivers a few days later. Please check your tracking and wait another 24 hours. If you cannot find your delivery, try the option below:
Mail with a tracking number not delivered: What can I do? | Canada Post (canadapost-postescanada.ca)
Delivery Location | Where to look for your item |
A business | Mailroom, front desk or security, courier service or 3rd party |
An apartment building | In your individual box or in the parcel locker (we leave a key in your box). Check with the security desk, building superintendent or concierge. |
Community mailbox | In your box or we will leave a key in your box for the parcel compartment. |
Large company or institution (university) | The mailroom. This is our final point of delivery. You may have a time-lapse before the mailroom delivers the item (lets you know to pick it up). |
Safe drop | A safe location on household premises. Check around the property to find the item. Check with other members of the household, as they may have taken the item into the house. |
In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into the system before the item is delivered. If you cannot locate your parcel using the tips above, please allow 24 hours for updates or final delivery.
Please contact the courier with your tracking after 24 hours for follow-up. If it is still not delivered, email us at shop@cpapmachines.ca (supply your order number and tracking information) to start an investigation. Action may be required by you to assist Canadas Post's investigation. Upon completion of the investigation is when we process to reship the parcel (if applicable).
