Placing online orders
Please double-check your shopping cart and personal information before finalizing your purchase. Make sure you have selected the correct items, quantities, and sizes, and verify that your shipping address is accurate. CPAPmachines.ca is not responsible for any errors in your order.
Refunds
We accept refunds for most unopened and originally sealed items within 30 days of the original ship date. To maintain competitive pricing, a 15% restocking fee will apply to returned unopened items. This fee, which is standard in our industry, will be deducted before processing your refund. For health and safety reasons, opened items and those without safety seals are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, clearance items are also final sale. See the Final Sale List here.
To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To request a refund, please email us with your order number. We will provide further instructions for returning eligible items. Our return address is:

Shipping fees for returning items are the customer's responsibility. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive your return. Refund notifications will be sent via email to the address associated with your order.
Returns that are not properly initiated or do not comply with our return policy will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, you must initiate the request within 30 days of the original ship date. Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging and condition. To request an exchange, please email us with your order number. We will provide further instructions for exchanging eligible items. Our return address is:

Shipping fees for exchanging products are the customer’s responsibility. Price adjustments for items being exchanged will be handled as needed. Exchanges receive complimentary shipping if the new order totals over $99; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
How do I cancel an order?
Email us at shop@cpapmachines.ca with your order number, and we can assist you if your order has not yet entered the processing stage for fulfillment. Please note that we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests for orders that are already in process or in transit.
My order is being returned to the sender, what do I do?
If delivery fails due to an incomplete address (such as a missing unit number or postal code error), the parcel will be returned to the sender. Please email us at shop@cpapmachines.ca for assistance. We can arrange to reship your order, but additional shipping fees will apply.
I have not received my money from the cancelled order yet.
Allow 3-7 business days for your refund transaction to show up on your credit card statement.
Why was my order cancelled?
Upon placing an order, an order confirmation is sent confirming the intent of purchase. This confirmation email is not a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraud, failure to provide proper prescription or orders with shipping addresses outside of Canada.
