Most orders process in 3-4 business days. Processing times may be longer due to volume, statutory holidays, and stock availability. Processing time is different from shipping time. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification and your tracking number via email.
Orders over $99 ships free via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service (1-7 business days). Upgrade to FedEx Ground (1-4 business days) for an added fee that is calculated at checkout. Orders under $99 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
CPAPmachines.ca does not guarantee shipping times. Fulfillment and shipping status can be viewed on your personal CPAPmachines.ca account or courier's website with your tracking number.
Please contact couriers directly for shipping inquiries. Most couriers do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays. Tracking status may take up to 24 hours to update. Orders already shipped and En-route cannot be re-routed in any way.
We currently ship orders within Canada only. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of Canada will be cancelled and refunded.
How do I cancel an order?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and we can help if your order has not yet fulfilled.
My order is being returned to sender, what do I do?
Unsuccessful delivery due to incomplete address (missing unit number, postal code error, etc.) means order will 'return to sender'. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help. We can reship your order with added shipping charges.
I have not received my money from cancelled order yet.
Allow 3-7 business days for refund transaction to show up on your credit card statement. Please contact your bank for further help.
Why was my order was cancelled?
Confirmation of order via email is not a contract. Orders may be cancelled due to:
- insufficient/no stock
- failure to send a proper prescription
- inability to authorize a credit card
- suspicion of fraudulent intent
- orders with shipping location outside of Canada
- inability to communicate details with customer
